WILMA'S MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion
1/2-1 lb. ground beef
Salt and chili powder to taste
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can homogenized milk
1/4 lb. grated cheese
1 pkg. frozen tortillas

Cook onion in a little butter or fat. Add ground beef, salt, and chili powder. Cook until meat is done. Add Ro-tel tomatoes and simmer with lid on for a few minutes.

Put soup and milk in a pan and heat. Add cheese to milk, then add to meat mixture. Put layer of tortillas, then layer of meat mixture until all is used.

Cook at 350 degrees about 30 minutes. Put a little cheese on top for the last 5 minutes.
