WILMA'S ZUCCHINI DISH 
4 c. chopped zucchini squash
1/2 c. chopped onion or green onion, chopped
1 can corn, drained
1 can (4 oz.) diced Ortega chili
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Saute onion, zucchini, until tender; add corn and chili. Pour into casserole, add cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
