SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. crumbled rosemary
1 (1 oz.) env. au jus beef gravy mix
3 c. mashed potatoes
Pepper to taste

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Saute beef, onion, garlic and rosemary. Spoon off excess fat. Add 1/2 cup gravy and pepper to meat. Mix well.

In a shallow 2 quart casserole, spread meat mixture evenly in bottom. Cover with mashed potatoes. Spread evenly to edge of casserole to seal. Make criss-cross design on top with fork. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until potatoes are golden. Serve with remaining gravy on the side.
