9 DAY COLE SLAW 
1 (3 lb.) head cabbage, grated
2 med. onions, chopped
2 green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. celery seed

Mix grated cabbage with onions, pepper and sugar.

DRESSING: Bring ingredients of dressing to boil. Pour boiling hot dressing over slaw mixture and store in refrigerator. 12-15 servings.
