1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm) 1 lb. ground beef 1/3 c. evaporated milk 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tbsp. catsup 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Combine beef and evaporated milk. Divide meat mixture into 5 patties. On waxed paper, flatten each to a 6" circle. Spoon 1/4 cup stuffing in center of each. Draw edges over stuffing and seal. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. In saucepan, combine soup, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Heat until bubbly. Pour over meat. Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes. |
