3 c. broccoli flowerets
6 slices bacon, fried crisp and drained, crumbled
1 c. chopped red onion
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar

Toss together broccoli, bacon, onion and cheese. In small bowl combine dressing ingredients and mix well. Pour dressing over salad and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
