MUSTARD GARLIC BEEF 
3 plus lbs. good roast of beef with no fat on roast, such as eye, silver tip, etc.
1 jar stone ground mustard
1 jar minced garlic
Teriyaki sauce, about 1/2-1 c. depending on size of roast

Marinate beef for 24 hours in teriyaki sauce using kitchen fork to punch into roast to allow teriyaki sauce to penetrate. Turn and rebaste meat several times.

Remove meat from marinade and place on roasting rack. Coat meat, turning carefully to cover. First apply garlic and then cover it with the mustard. Seal all around meat.

Roast 30-40 minutes at 375-400 degrees to set crust. Then turn back to 325 degrees. Roast about 25-30 minutes per pound for well done roast.
