HUNGARIAN CABBAGE SOUP 
2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
2 (1 lb. 12 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 to 3 lb. cabbage, cut coarsely
1 (32 oz.) can tomato juice

Brown ground beef and onions in large pot over low heat. When onions are golden and meat slightly browned, add remaining ingredients, crushing tomatoes before adding. Simmer for 2 hours. Yield: 10 servings.
