10 pkgs. Nutra-Sweet
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water

Mix #1: 24 ounce carton cottage cheese, 3 tablespoons lemon juice in a blender, mix to puree state.

Mix #2: Mix water and gelatin thoroughly.
