1 lb. firm tofu, diced 3/4 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. cayenne powder Garlic 1 1/3 tsp. Tamari 1 1/3 tsp. liquid aminos Place ingredients in a bowl; let stand for 15 minutes. Place on a oiled cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serve with rice or in tacos, burritos, etc. |
