IMPERIALE CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken, cut in pieces or chicken breasts

CRUMB SEASONING MIXTURE:

1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. dry parsley
1/2 tsp. powdered garlic
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. salad oil, worked into crumbs with a spoon

Wash and dry chicken pieces. Roll in crumb mixture to coat each piece. Place in baking pan. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes.
