OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
Frying chicken
1/2 c. melted butter
Mixture of seasoned salt & paprika
Onion (opt.)

Cut chicken into serving pieces. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with seasoning. Place pieces, skin side down, in large pan, depending on how many pieces of chicken you have. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour depending on your oven.

For a different flavor you may scatter onion on top. This is a good recipe for company.
