1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. shredded coconut
4-6 drops green food coloring

Melt butter in top of double boiler, or on top flame; watch carefully. Remove from heat. Add sugar and coconut. Mix well. Add food coloring. Mix very well. Measure generous tablespoons of mixture and shape into hollowed out nests. Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate overnight. Fill with jelly beans or assorted candy eggs. Good Easter treat.
