1 domestic rabbit (whole)
1 block mild cheddar cheese, sliced
1 pkg. instant onion soup
1/2 lb. ground hamburger meat
1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
1 sm. can stewed tomatoes (or 4 to 5 tomatoes boiled, skinned and processed in blender with pepper)
1 green pepper, chopped

Broil rabbit until done. Cool and remove meat from bone. Mix hamburger meat with instant soup. Brown hamburger meat. Drain. Add to rabbit pieces. Set aside. Blend stewed tomatoes with green pepper. Combine with the meat. Flour individual biscuits and roll flat. Lightly grease muffin pans. Place flat biscuit in cup. Fill with meat. Top with cheese and close top with overlapping biscuit dough. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown. Cool and serve with vegetables.
