BACON BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
4 slices white bread
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. dried onion flakes
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Remove crust from bread; place in a lightly greased 8 inch square baking dish and set aside.

Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients; pour over bread. Sprinkle bacon over casserole; cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Remove from refrigerator; let stand 30 minutes. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese, and bake an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
