BAKED BREAKFAST OATMEAL 
3 c. dry oatmeal
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2-1 c. raisins or blueberries
1/2 c. nuts (almonds, cashews or walnuts)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add oats, raisins, nuts, and dry ingredients. Stir in milk. Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until firm in center.

Thought it was a little sweet for my taste, but was savory and filling, at the same time. I used dried cranberries instead of blueberries. Also, didn't set as well as I anticipated.

We love this! Recently made it cranberry-orange by omitting the cinnamon and replacing the vanilla and blueberries with orange extract and cranberries. Turned out awesome!
