HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE 
CAKE:

2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Coconut, to sprinkle on top

CAKE: Mix all ingredients well but do not use a mixer. Pour into a buttered and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool and frost.

ICING: Mix all ingredients. Spread on cooled cake. Top with coconut.
