SHRIMP QUICHE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. Half and Half
1 1/2 tsp. Mr. Cowan's Seasoning Mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Jarlesburg cheese, shredded
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. headless shrimp

(Peeled and boiled in Zatarrains Crab Boil and 1 whole lemon, quartered and squeezed).

Beat eggs well. Gradually add Half and Half and seasonings. Beat well. In a lightly buttered 9 inch deep dish pie crust, layer cheeses and chopped shrimp. Press down to fill evenly. Pour egg and Half and Half mixture over cheeses and shrimp. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Then lower oven temperature to 325 degrees. Bake additional 50 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
