KREPLACH 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
1 c. ground beef
1 sm. onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix first four ingredients together to form dough. Knead well and divide into four sections. Roll out each section thinly on floured board and cut into 3 inch squares. Saute beef and onion in skillet until browned. Add salt and pepper. Fill the middle of each square with 1 tablespoon mixture. Moisten edges of dough and fold into triangles. Pinch sides closed and drop into boiling salted water. Cook approximately 20 minutes until dumplings begin to float on top. Serve in soup. Yields approximately 2 dozen.
