NIGHT BEFORE COFFEE CAKE 
14 to 16 frozen dough rolls
1 (3 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)

Grease tube pan. Layer 14 to 16 frozen dough rolls in bottom of pan. Sprinkle on top of dough layer 1/2 of the 3 oz. box of butterscotch pudding mix.

Mix: 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans Handful of raisins (optional)

Pour over top of dough and pudding mix. Put pan in cold oven and let set overnight.

Next morning, remove from oven and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Invert immediately onto plate. Loosen pan but leave on for a few minutes.
