1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 c. sugar
2 c. unsifted flour
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
Dash of salt

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. 4X sugar

CAKE: Stir all ingredients well and pour into a floured, greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

ICING: Beat all ingredients together on low speed. Spread on cake when you bring it out of oven. Sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts on top. Cool in refrigerator. Keeps well in refrigerator. Cake can be frozen.
