1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix all together. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes in sheet cake pan.

ICING:

8 oz. Cool Whip
#2 can crushed pineapple juice and all
Sm. box instant vanilla pudding

Mix together, spread on cooled cake.
