BEST EVER CAKE 
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. unsifted flour
2 eggs
Dash of salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (#2, 16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Put in bowl as listed. Stir well and pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box XXX sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat well and spread on cake. Sprinkle with nuts, cool and refrigerate. Always make this cake the day before needed. It is great cold.
