1 lg. box yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix 1/2 c. cooking oil 4 eggs 1 c. water 1 tsp. vanilla TOPPING: 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix together topping and set aside. In large bowl, combine cake mix and dry pudding mixes. Add oil, eggs, water, and vanilla. Mix together thoroughly. Pour 3/4 of the batter in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread 1/2 topping mix and then the rest of the batter, then the rest of the topping mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Center will sink down during baking. |
