SAUSAGE ROLL 
1 bag pizza dough
Approximately 1 lb. loose Italian sausage, cooked and drained
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese, or both
Garlic salt
Parmesan cheese, grated

Roll dough out to size of pizza. Brush egg on dough. Spread layer of fried sausage, cheese and seasonings. Roll dough into loaf form and tuck in ends. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with remaining egg mixture. Let stand at room temperature for 1/2 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
