CHEROKEE CLUB CHEESE GRITS 
1 1/2 c. grits
6 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. sharp cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. paprika

Cook grits in salted water, add grated cheese and butter. Beat in eggs and seasonings. Pour in buttered casserole and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12.
