RASPBERRY MOLDED SALAD 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, juice included
1 (6 oz.) box raspberry gelatin
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, juice included
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water in a large mold or glass serving dish. Add frozen raspberries and stir until raspberries are thawed. Add crushed pineapple and nuts and mix well. Refrigerate until congealed. Serve on individual plates or lettuce with mayonnaise on top.
