FRIED CORN WITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE 
3 c. whole kernel corn
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped red and green peppers
1 tsp. chopped onion
4 tsp. flour
1 c. thick sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Fry corn in 2 tablespoons butter. Melt remaining butter, add peppers and onion and cook over low heat. Stir often, until tender. Add flour and mix well. Add sour cream and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with corn.
