SOUR CREAM BEANS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
1/2 c. water
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook green beans in water, covered until tender. Drain liquid into measuring cup and add water to make 1/2 cup liquid. Saute onion in butter. Stir in flour, sugar, vinegar, parsley, salt, pepper and bean liquid. Cook stirring until thickened and comes to boil. Stir in sour cream. Serve over beans. Sprinkle with parsley.
