ZUCCHINI ITALIAN 
1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
2-3 sm. zucchini, sliced
3 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and sliced
1 pkg. pepperoni slices
2 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced or shredded Mozzarella cheese

In a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish, put crescent rolls, pressing into bottom and sides to make crust. Melt butter and saute chopped onion in it. Then add zucchini and cook 2-3 minutes. Spread over dough in casserole. Layer sliced tomatoes over zucchini. Add a layer of pepperoni slices on top. Then layer slices (or shredded) Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 20 minutes.

Do not bake or re-heat in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
