1/2 stick butter
3 c. shredded zucchini
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 reg. box chicken Stove Top stuffing

Saute butter, zucchini, and onion. Mix in soup and sour cream. Fold in stove top stuffing. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
