JELLY ROLL 
4 eggs
4 tbsp. cold water
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt

Separate eggs. Beat white until stiff. Beat yolks until foamy, add water and sugar; beat until thick and lemon colored. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Fold egg whites into this batter. Pour into well greased jelly roll pan. Bake. Remove from pan and put on wax paper and roll up. Let cool and unroll. Spread with jelly, jam or pudding. Re-roll, sprinkle with powdered sugar. I like to sprinkle a cloth dish towel and put jelly roll on this. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
