ONE-POT PORK CHOP SUPPER | |
4 pork chops (about 1 lb.) 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's tomato soup 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. Worcestershire 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds or oregano (optional) 6-8 sm. whole potatoes or 3 med., quartered 4 sm. carrots, split lengthwise and cut in 2 inch pieces 1. In skillet brown chops. 2. Add rest of ingredients. 3. Cover; simmer 45 minutes or until tender. |
