APRICOT DELIGHT SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot Jello or 1 (6 oz.)
2 c. hot water
1 c. pineapple apricot juice (drained from cans)
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. can apricot halves, drained, chopped or mashed
1 diced banana

Dissolve apricot Jello in boiling water. Add fruit just before serving.
