1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 tsp. salt
1 cut up chicken

Mix dry ingredients well in plastic bag and then dust cut up chicken parts. In cake pan melt butter, 1/4 pound. Place chicken parts in pan not crowding the pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until the meat is brown and tender.
