CRISP OVEN BAKED CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken (3 lb.) cut into serving pieces
1 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. cornflake crumbs
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika

Remove skin from chicken pieces; rinse chicken and dry. Combine corn flake crumbs and spices. Coat chicken parts with oil, shake off excess oil and roll in seasoned crumbs. Place chicken parts on lightly oiled, flat baking pan. Bake in 425 degree oven for 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
