GOLDEN OVEN-BAKED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. chopped blanched almonds
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
3 lb. chicken, cut into 8 pieces

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In pie pan stir together all ingredients except butter, garlic and chicken. In ungreased 13x9 baking pan melt butter in oven (5 minutes). Stir in garlic.

Dip chicken pieces into melted butter. Coat with flour mixture. Place chicken in pan. Bake, basting chicken occasionally with pan drippings, for 65 to 75 minutes or until chicken is fork tender.
