OVEN BAKED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up in pieces
1 c. rice
1 1/2 c. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 stick butter
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, diced
1 can sliced mushrooms
Pimientos

Salt and pepper chicken, brown in butter. Remove chicken, use the same pan to saute onions and peppers until tender. Remove from heat, add 1/4 cup diced pimientos, mushrooms and pulverized chicken, bouillon cubes; add water, rice and 1 tablespoon salt to mixture making sure that all is evenly distributed over the pan. Arrange chicken on top of rice. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
