VEGETABLE STUFFED BAKED CHICKEN 
1 oven stuffer or whole chicken
2 baking potatoes, quartered
2 lg. carrots, chunked
2 pieces celery, chopped
Any vegetable of your choice

Clean and season chicken inside and outside. Rub seasoning into skin (curry, season salt, MSG, poultry seasoning, sage, etc., your choice). Pack vegetables inside chicken. Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is done.
