BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
3 well-beaten eggs
1/4 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. instant minced onions
2 cans yellow cream-style corn
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. soft bread cubes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, flour, and onion together. Mix in corn, cheese, and bread cubes. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake for 1 hour. Serves 6.
