MULLIGAN STEW 
1 stewing chicken, cut up
3 stalks celery, cut up
4 onions, cut up
1 carrot, cut up

Pressure cook the above until chicken comes off bones in enough water to cover, about 20 minutes.

In stock pan: 1/2 - 3/4 lg. jar ketchup 2 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. pepper 1 tbsp. parsley 1 c. instant rice

Cube and cook 4 to 5 large potatoes and put in pot, water and all.

Debone chicken and shred, add to pot along with vegetables from pressure cooker and water. Heat adding 1 to 2 tablespoons more of paprika (to taste). More salt and pepper if needed. May freeze if wanted.
