3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Let cream cheese soften. Beat egg whites until stiff and blend with sugar. Combine egg whites and sugar with cream cheese and then add vanilla. Pour into 8 inch spring mold that has been buttered and dusted with Zweiback or graham cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

TOPPING:

2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix. Spread on top and bake for 5 minutes at 475 degrees. Chill overnight before serving.
