BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
1 sm. day old loaf French bread
3 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
6 tbsp. dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 c. sliced strawberries

Grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Diagonally cut bread into 1 inch slices. Place in dish. Set aside.

In medium bowl lightly beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Stir in milk until well blended. Pour mixture over bread. Turn slices to coat well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in butter until crumbly. Turn bread over in baking dish. Scatter blueberries over bread. Sprinkle with crumb mixture. Bake 40 minutes or until brown. Cut into squares and top with sliced strawberries to serve.
