BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
1 loaf French bread
3 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
1 c. blueberries
1 c. sliced strawberries

Heavily grease a 13x9 pan. Diagonally cut bread into 1 inch slices and place in baking dish. In medium bowl, lightly beat eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla. Stir in milk until well blended. Pour over bread in pan, turning bread to coat well. Refrigerate covered overnight.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Turn bread slices over, scatter blueberries over bread and sprinkle evenly with crumb mixture.

Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown. Before serving, cut into squares and top with strawberries.
