CREOLE SEAFOOD SEASONING 
2 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. ground red pepper
2 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. dried whole thyme

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Yield: 1/3 cup (about 5 calories per teaspoon).
