RUSKS 
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
3 c. flour
1 stick butterc. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 c. flour

Scald milk; cool until lukewarm. Add sugar and yeast and 3 cups flour. Let rise 1 hour until spongy. Cream butter, sugar, salt and eggs, add to the above mixture. Add 3 cups flour, more if needed. Knead 2 minutes. Let rise until double in size. Form into 5 loaves, put in small bread pans. Spread with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Let rise about 3 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Slice next morning, bake on a cookie sheet at 275 degrees.
