CABBAGE & POLISH SAUSAGE 
1 sm. head of cabbage
Polish sausage
Salt to taste
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. bacon grease
Few sprinkles red pepper
1 med. size potato per person

Cut cabbage bite sizes (slices). Wash cabbage. Put in pan with about 1 cup water. Add spices and grease. Peel potatoes and quarter, add to pot. Cook 30 to 40 minutes on medium low. Add water if needed. Add polish sausages and cook 15 minutes.
