STRAWBERRY CRUNCH 
2 c. crushed pretzels (6-8 oz.)
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 sm. (or 1 lg.) box strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries

(Pretzels can easily be crushed 1/2 cup at a time in blender). Mix 3 tablespoons sugar in crushed pretzels and mix in melted butter. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan and press down with hand. Bake 6 minutes in 400 degree oven.

Mix Jello with 2 cups hot water and dissolve. Add strawberries and let stand 10 minutes.
