STRAWBERRY CRUNCH | |
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix 1 can strawberry pie filling 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts 1 stick melted butter Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spread pie filling in bottom of a 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry cake mix, nuts and melted butter, mixture will be crumbly. Sprinkle over pie filling. Pat gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Top with vanilla ice cream. |
