STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker white cake mix
1 pkg. strawberry Jello (sm.)
2/3 scant c. Wesson oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
4 eggs

(Save 3 tablespoons strawberries for icing).

Mix cake mix - dry Jello with fingers. Add Wesson oil and strawberries. Beat in eggs one at a time. Pour into well greased tube pan that has been shaken with flour. Bake one hour at 325-350 degrees. Might need extra 10 minutes depending on oven.

ICING:

1/3 stick real butter
3 tbsp. saved strawberries

Drizzle over cake. Best when eaten hot or warm.
